Due to the ongoing developments surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak, we were directed by our governing bodies to close for all routine dental treatment.
We are now open for emergency and routine dental care.
The protection of our patients, and staff and the community is of utmost importance, and we have taken all precautions that have been laid out for us by our governing bodies.
Appointments will be different from what you are used to so expect some changes:
24 hours before your appointment:
We will contact you to confirm that there are no changes to your medical history or COVID-19 status.
We will confirm that you are going to be unaccompanied to maintain social distancing.
We will confirm that you should bring only what you need e.g: payment method, mobile phone, coat and a bag to keep your coat in once on the premises.
For your safety, practice doors will remain locked please call us on arrival remaining either in your car or two metres away from the front door.
We will take your temperature.
We will store your belongings safely.
We will ask you to sanitise your hands.
We will then guide you directly into the surgery.
Unfortunately on the day we will be unable to allow use of the toilet facilities.
During your appointment:
We will be wearing alot more personal protective equipment if we are doing any treatment.
After your appointment:
We will take any outstanding payments.
We will book any further appointments either in person or on the phone.
